Process
We make realising your dream home simple
We shape our homes around you, which is why our bespoke designs are highly customised and carefully considered. With everything from concept to build managed in-house, we make realising your dream home simple.
We are driven by a passion for crafting exceptional custom homes.
We want to fully understand your vision before we start the design and build process, so every project starts with an in-depth consultation.
01
Let’s Talk
You’ll sit down with our team so we can fully understand your needs. We get to know your tastes, inspiration, lifestyle and budget.
02
Brief
This is your chance to share your dreams for the project and define the nitty gritty. We’ll iron out details like site specifications and finances, so we can ensure the end result will meet your expectations.
03
Design
Working with our in-house design team, we begin developing conceptual plans, before progressing to 3D visualisations and full specifications of finishes. You’ll get the full picture of how your home will look, and how much it’s going to cost.
04
Documentation
Once you give the go ahead, we organise all the project documentation, from working drawings and energy ratings to engineering and electrical. We’ll revise pricing estimates to make sure there are no surprises down the track.
05
Interior Design
Customise your space with material selection of interiors, colour palettes, fixtures and fittings in consultation with our interior design team.
06
Construction
With cost estimates finalised, contracts are drawn up, reviewed, and signed by you. Now we commence construction, keeping you updated on the progress of your dream home until it’s time to move in.
